Nihad completed his Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) from the University of Manchester in 2007. Following a year completing his foundation training in Liverpool, he enrolled onto the MSc program, in Endodontics, at the University of Central Lancashire.
Since 2011 he has been treating complex Endodontic (root canal) cases in practices across the North West. More recently he also spent some time at the Leeds Dental Institute carrying out complex dental treatment as part of a multi-disciplinary team. In addition, he has carried out research as part of a Masters degree at the Leeds Dental Institute.
Dr Vaid has a real passion for endodontics and attends courses both nationally and internationally to learn from some of the leading experts in the world and is a keen member of both the British Endodontic Society and the European Society of Endodontology.
Away from dentistry, he has an interest host of competitive sports. He captains the local cricket team and plays squash in the NW division. He also has a passion for health and nutrition and if he is not at work – he’s usually at the gym.

Excellent service however, needs to be more empathetic and understanding if a client has a family emergency which may cause them to miss their appointment, due to no fault of their own this MUST NOT be counted as a missed appointment as it just causes further distress to the client, when they are discharged from the practice and all through not fault of their own.

Great experience. Aminha and Nichola amazing as always , seen straight away and were lovely. They made my autistic daughter feel very comfortable and made the visit very easy. Can't thank them both enough.

I’ve been coming here for around 5 years now with my two young children. My eldest has autism and doesn’t do well with doctors, dentists etc and can get very overwhelmed and loud. That is until the new dentist started a while back, Mateusz Matuszewski, who makes my very active children feel so welcome. He never comments on my son’s behaviour, he doesn’t talk down to us and instead is kind, patient and understanding. I’ve been meaning to write a review every time we’ve been in but last time was just lovely. He explained to my son about what sucking his thumb would do to his teeth in a kind way and a way my son could understand. He’s a really lovely person and I couldn’t be happier that he’s our dentist. This practise is just so lovely, from the reception staff who answer the 500 questions my son has as soon as he walks in to every other staff member in there. Thank you for being kind and inclusive, it means a lot.
