Excellent service however, needs to be more empathetic and understanding if a client has a family emergency which may cause them to miss their appointment, due to no fault of their own this MUST NOT be counted as a missed appointment as it just causes further distress to the client, when they are discharged from the practice and all through not fault of their own.

I’ve been coming here for around 5 years now with my two young children. My eldest has autism and doesn’t do well with doctors, dentists etc and can get very overwhelmed and loud. That is until the new dentist started a while back, Mateusz Matuszewski, who makes my very active children feel so welcome. He never comments on my son’s behaviour, he doesn’t talk down to us and instead is kind, patient and understanding. I’ve been meaning to write a review every time we’ve been in but last time was just lovely. He explained to my son about what sucking his thumb would do to his teeth in a kind way and a way my son could understand. He’s a really lovely person and I couldn’t be happier that he’s our dentist.

This practise is just so lovely, from the reception staff who answer the 500 questions my son has as soon as he walks in to every other staff member in there. Thank you for being kind and inclusive, it means a lot.
