I’ve had the pleasure of working at park side dental care since 2002, as a part time receptionist. I am very proud to be part off such a wonderful team; during my time at Parkside I have got to know so many lovely staff and patients. My aims have always been to ensure that all Patients visits are made a pleasant experience. I started my career as an office clerk moving on to switchboard/ receptionist for a local company for which I worked for twenty six years. I have three grown up children and four grandchildren. In my spare time I love to spend as much quality time with my family, I also love cooking; baking, crafts and going on long country drives and walks with my husband.

Taken on as a new patient on Monday & got my appointment with in few days.
Had my treatment today, receptionists lovely & polite & dentist and his helper where lovely too. For someone who doesn't like dentist, I felt at ease.

I am so anxious when attending the dentist and the thought of having root canal without sedation was overwhelming. Roopa was very reassuring, calm and understanding with me and she did everything at my pace. I tried a new coping strategy of listening to music on my headphones which helped keep me distracted. Roopa and her team were very thoughtful and gentle, keeping me calm throughout. Thankyou so much to a great team! :) x

I am always looked after at parkside. I hate going to the dentist and probably wouldn't attend if it wasn't for Roopa. Dont ever let her leave. Shes amazing and always looks after me and listens to me.
